Meet Brian & Julie C.
Dear Birthparents,
Thank you for taking the time to view our profile. We cannot imagine how challenging this journey has been for you. We have been praying especially for you and our future child. We want to share a little bit about our story with you.
We have always wanted a family but faced infertility challenges. We trusted God’s grace and remained open to his plan for our lives. Adoption has been on our minds ever since our cousins adopted through Adoption Link a little over a year ago.
We are Brian and Julie. We met in our college math class in 2013 and started dating two weeks later. We married in 2017, and every day is an adventure together. We frequently enjoy board game nights, homemade pizza parties, poker tournaments, family dinners, and not to mention, volleyball! (And by frequently, we mean very often!)
We believe every moment is an adventure.
Meet Brian
Brian grew up in Pennsylvania with his parents and sister, Nicole. After college, Brian moved to Cincinnati, OH, near Julie and her family. Two years after we married, Brian’s immediate family, including his sister and brother-in-law, permanently made the 9-hour move to Cincinnati, too! Brian works in IT as a software developer and team lead.
About Brian (by Julie). Life is an adventure with Brian because he always finds something new to explore. He quickly becomes an expert on any topic that interests him: board games, finances, woodworking, cooking, travel planning, and volleyball, to name a few! I can’t imagine life without the light Brian brings to our family. He is my best friend.
Meet Julie
Julie grew up in Cincinnati, OH, with her parents and four siblings. Her parents live 18 minutes away and host family dinners on Sundays that include her two younger siblings, Andy (age 20) and Evie (age 15). Julie works as a middle and high school math teacher.
About Julie (by Brian). Julie is thoughtful and generous. She takes care of me and always ensures guests feel at home. She loves making homemade pizza and hosting friends and family for get-togethers. Julie is great with kids and can truly handle anything if she can get teenagers to like Algebra.
The nursery is ready.
We live in a great neighborhood with a park, pool, and lake (for fishing) less than a mile away. A perfect place for a kid to grow up! One of the biggest blessings in our life is having our family close by. Brian’s parents and his sister’s family are 15 minutes away. Julie’s parents and sister live 18 minutes away. We see both sides once a week for family dinner nights and can’t emphasize enough how supported we are!
We have one baby niece and several goddaughters who are excited about a new playmate on the way. We are excited too!
