Meet Dustin & Alex G.

Dear Birth Parent,

We are Dustin and Alex. We live in a community north of Cincinnati, Ohio. Here in our first home, we have welcomed our dog, Brooks, gotten engaged, and then married in 2023.

Dustin works as a Physical Therapist, and Alex works as an Analytics Senior Manager. We love spending time together at home and trying new things. Dustin enjoys time outside golfing, fishing, and birding. Alex loves reading, lifting weights, and needlepoint.

More About Alex

My life feels like it truly began when I went to Ohio University. There, I started to learn deeply about who I am as a person, and found my best friends and eventual husband. I feel fortunate to have a strong partnership with Dustin, along with the support of close friends and a family that always shows up for one another.

As a parent, I’m looking forward to sharing my love of reading with our child. I’ve started buying books already.

More About Dustin

After college at Ohio University, I earned a doctorate of physical therapy. Practicing physical therapy these last 10 years, I’ve developed a dedication to helping others. I met Alex at OU, and we reunited when we both moved to Cincinnati. I love the outdoors and playing sports. I also love music and exploring different artists and genres, and I’ve been a huge Grateful Dead fan for years. I feel lucky to be supported by a wonderful wife, my family, and a close-knit group of friends. As a parent I am looking forward to sharing my love of the outdoors with our child.

Meet Brooks, the light of our home

Brooks, our five-year-old goldendoodle, is a very important part of our lives. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, and he loves everything and everyone around him. Brooks is an explorer with a natural curiosity about the world, and he is a well-trained, attentive dog. It’s always a highlight of our day to come home and find him with a big smile, ready to play. He’s quite the bed hog, but we wouldn’t want it any other way.
