Meet Ryan & Kim M.
We’re Ryan and Kimberly from Springboro. It’s difficult to paint a picture using words, but we hope that as you read, it will become clear that we are a family that loves unconditionally, supports each other, and cherishes each day with one another.
We are blessed to have one child, Liam, who just turned seven. Experiencing parenthood has been the most challenging, yet ultimately rewarding thing we have ever done. We long to share this with another child, and hope that your child may finally be the gift we have been waiting for. We are so eager for the opportunity to share our hearts, love, and lives with your child.
Parenthood is our greatest joy. We strive to be the most supportive and loving parents we can possibly be.
Our desire to adopt came as the result of a very long battle with infertility. Kim’s tubes were removed due to endometriosis and IVF was our only option. With our second cycle we conceived our miracle boy. Since having him, we have suffered through many failed cycles and a few miscarriages. Our family does not feel complete, and we have a ton of love to offer. We are very ready to adopt. You’ll learn much more about us if you choose, but we wanted to share some highlights.
We love adventures and fun, and we are passionate about new experiences shared with our son, Liam. We can be found riding bikes, traveling, playing in the pool, reading books, hanging with our families, or cooking together. We also enjoy weekends devoted to movie marathons and munching on Kim’s delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. As long as we’re together, we’re a happy crew.
We learned that the most important thing we could do for our marriage was to nurture the friendship and always laugh together.
From Ryan: Kim is smart, has a heart of gold, an amazing sense of humor, and is a selfless, loving mother. This is well represented in her choice to stay at home with Liam since his birth. She’s very passionate about interior design, and often rearranges different spaces in our home, or experiments outside planting flowers. She is a master at bringing spaces to life. One of the spaces she has focused on lately is the beautiful and calming room waiting for a precious baby! Prior to Liam, she led a successful career in the employee benefits space. She grew up in Huber Heights, Ohio and her parents now live in Centerville, Ohio (ten minutes from us). She also has two brothers who blessed us with three nieces, and two nephews (also local).
From Kim: Ryan is a USMC veteran. He transitioned into technology as a self-taught sales director. His work ethic, pure grit, and ability to juggle work/family life are admirable. He is again illustrating his self -teachings by working to learn the guitar online. He also prides himself on staying healthy and active, which sets a great example for our son and any future children. He is a wonderful, loving, attentive, playful father, and puts his family first. We could not ask for a better man to call husband, and daddy. He grew up in Centerville, Ohio, where his parents remain (also ten minutes from us). He has two sisters, who each have one child (also local).
We’re blessed to have access to a family home on Siesta Key beach where we frequently travel. As long as we’re together, we’re a happy crew.
We are grateful that you have taken the time to read a little about us. Our hearts go out to you as you make this incredibly important decision. We cannot imagine the difficulty you are faced with, but we want you to know that we believe that open adoption is the best way to allow a child to know his or her story.
Our promise to you if you choose our family is that your child will be loved, protected, provided for, and given every opportunity possible to succeed and thrive.
