Meet Jason & Amanda L.
Dear Birth Family,
Thank you for taking this time to consider us as adoptive parents for your child. You are courageous and loving. Please know that we will love your child completely, as will everyone in our families.
Meet Our Family
Our family includes Amanda, Jason, Grayson, and our three dogs, Lola, Oliver, and Harley. We have been together since 2004, when we first met while working as pharmacy technicians, and married since 2008. We always wanted to be parents and were thrilled to adopt Grayson in 2016.
A fun-loving family, we are fond traveling. We have twice visited Disney World and are excited to continue that tradition. We love going to the beach and to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We also enjoy the Cincinnati and Columbus Zoos, movies, aquariums, and amusement parks.

Amanda works full-time as a Registered Nurse. She loves her position as a Hospital Home Health Liaison as this supports family life and flexibility. Amanda loves helping others while also being a mom to Grayson. While at home, Amanda enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, shopping and planning adventures to the zoo, pool, or amusement park. Amanda’s greatest joy is being a mother.
Jason works as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio. He loves the work that he does and enjoys touching the lives of the people for which he cares. When not working, he loves playing at home with Grayson, listening to music, bowling, watching movies, and traveling to new places. Jason is also somewhat of a college football fan and is frequently rooting for his favorite team, the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Swimming fun in Myrtle Beach
Grayson is a very sweet and loving child. He loves to play with all of his toys and enjoys going to new places and experiencing new things. His favorite things are going to school, swimming, spending time with his cousins, reading, coloring, and playing with Legos. Grayson is excited to welcome a little brother or sister into the family.
Home Sweet Home
We enjoy life in Carlisle, Ohio, a village with a small-town feel located between Dayton and Cincinnati. So much is available nearby, including a YMCA, a gymnastics facility, many family restaurants, and two nationally recognized children’s hospital systems. Carlisle recently finished construction on a brand-new K-12 school that opened in August 2020. It’s a great place to live.

We are already so grateful for the miracle of adoption and are ecstatic to be further expanding our family. We hope to raise another child in our home filled with love and plan to provide all the things necessary to help them grow into a loving and independent person.

Our Family At a Glance
We live in Carlisle, OH. We’ve been married since May 2008. We work as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Our hobbies include watching movies, visiting the park, swimming, visiting the zoo/aquariums, and enjoying as many things as we can as a family. We believe having an open adoption relationship is a wonderful way to share unconditional love and support with a child.
